| Responsibilities: |
1, familiar with rubber formula and technological process, on a variety of rubber formulation,especially
with regard to EPDM rubber formula and technology development have a high degree of experience, has a
wealth of project experience.
2, the main responsibility for rubber mixing (including foam rubber and sponge rubber) tracking.
3, optimized production processes.
4, the use of follow up of material processes, prevent adverse.
5, discover problems in the production, come up with solutions.
6, key points and master the production process and quality control, to resolve key technical issues in production.
7, assist in the completion of the new formulation, development and implementation of new technology. |
| Requirements: |
1, graduate degree, familiar with production process of rubber, polymer materials related fields.
2, with more than two years relevant work experience.
3, have good communication and coordination skills.
4, familiar with UG and the application and CAD |
